Hi, I'm Susana

I created Sostén Therapy because I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel supported. As a mother, first-generation daughter, and bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand the unique challenges that can come with balancing family responsibilities, personal goals, relationships, and life's many transitions. My hope is to provide a warm, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

I understand how easy it can be to become overwhelmed when you're balancing the needs of family, relationships, work, and the expectations you place on yourself. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one—the person others rely on—while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, burnout, or uncertainty on their own.
